At Omni, your career can be as remarkable as our grand historic resort itself. Overview We're looking for a proactive Retail Sales Agent to join our team on a part‑time basis. The role involves assisting customers in product selection, attending vendor clinics and training sessions, responding to customer requests, receiving merchandise, pricing, merchandising, and managing back‑stock inventory. The Sales Agent will also help with daily replenishment, participate in monthly inventory, and maintain a clean atmosphere in the store. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of sports activities related to the products—golf, tennis, and skiing—and will contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Responsibilities Assist customers in product selection and follow through on sales from introduction to sale and beyond. Attend all vendor clinics and employee training sessions. Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion with excellent guest service skills. Assist in receiving all merchandise, including pricing and merchandising on the floor and warehousing back stock. Assist in daily replenishment of back‑stocked product to the sales floor. Take monthly inventory. Maintain a clean store atmosphere by following the cleaning schedule and proactively improving shop appearance. Understand sports activities for which products are sold, including golf, tennis, and skiing. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Qualifications Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Excellent customer service skills.
