Financial Analyst II

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst II to support enterprise-wide financial and operational initiatives through advanced data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement. This role is responsible for consolidating data from multiple sources, developing meaningful insights, and supporting strategies that enhance revenue performance, cash flow, and overall business results. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring financial and operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Support the standardization of reporting processes, performance tracking, productivity measurement, and goal-setting initiatives. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable business insights. Assist in developing benchmarking frameworks and comparative reporting methodologies for key performance indicators. Conduct financial assessments to identify opportunities for process improvements, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency. Support strategic initiatives by analyzing performance trends and prioritizing high-impact improvement opportunities. Assist in designing implementation plans and monitoring the effectiveness of improvement strategies. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support decision-making. Partner with business units to identify opportunities for optimizing the value and effectiveness of organizational initiatives. Create performance measurement tools that align strategic objectives with financial and operational outcomes. Provide analytical support, reporting tools, and performance insights to operational teams. Identify current and emerging performance trends and recommend data-driven solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to encourage collaboration and support organizational objectives. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging analytical methodologies to strengthen organizational capabilities. Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Participate as an active and collaborative team member, supporting cross-functional initiatives and special projects. Perform additional duties and ad-hoc analysis as required. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. Experience working with large datasets and converting complex information into meaningful insights. Proficiency in reporting tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey findings to diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
