Job Description As a Fabricator, you will operate band saws and other specialized equipment to custom-fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other insulation materials. The role requires reliability, safety focus, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment. Accurately measure material for production efficiency. Maintain quality standards and orderly work area. Ensure daily production targets are met. Comply with all safety requirements. Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by the supervisor. Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle. Experience or training in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment (preferred). Medically certified to wear a respirator if required. Basic computer skills (preferred). Forklift certification. High school diploma or GED required. Travel and Physical Requirements Local travel ( Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
