You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT. Compensation & Benefits Estimated Rate Range: ≈$40-50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k) PTO & Paid Holidays Continuing Education Support Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans. Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence. Document progress and adjust plans as needed. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current TX license (or eligibility).
