Commissions & Rebates Analyst

Supports commission and rebate calculations, validations, reporting, dispute resolution and operational administration across our commissions function. Reporting to the Manager, Commissions, this Nashville-based role will help support a disciplined, responsive and well-controlled commissions environment. Key Responsibilities Calculation & Data Support: Support commission and rebate calculations by gathering required inputs, validating data files, reconciling source information and helping ensure payments are complete, timely and accurate. Reporting, Reconciliations & Controls: Prepare recurring reports, maintain supporting schedules and assist with reconciliations, exception reviews and documentation needed to support a disciplined and auditable commissions process. Inquiry & Dispute Resolution: Support employee and stakeholder inquiries related to commissions and rebates, research discrepancies and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Process Administration: Maintain documentation, calendars, payout support materials and operational workflows associated with commission and rebate administration. Continuous Improvement: Identify calculation issues, recurring exceptions and process inefficiencies, and support improvements that reduce manual rework and strengthen accuracy. Qualifications 3-5 years of financial analysis or operations experience required, commissions, payroll, incentives, AR rebates experience a plus Experience with analyzing large data sets, forecasting, reporting and data validation in a finance or operational setting. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritize and take initiative Comfortability with controls and reconciliations, and experience with incentive or rebate programs preferred but not required Skills & Capabilities Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage detailed recurring work accurately and on time. Comfort working with spreadsheets, supporting schedules, reconciliations and exception analysis. Professional communication skills and the ability to support inquiries with clarity and responsiveness. Detail-oriented mindset with respect for confidentiality, controls and documentation.
