**ONE OF THE BELOW IS REQUIRED:
2 on call shifts per 6 weeks
OR
2 additional shifts per 6 weeks

First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: As needed
Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIH, CPI
Open to accommodating block scheduling?: No
Locals Accepted?: No; What is the local radius rule?: 75 miles
Pending License Accepted: Yes, has to get it before starting
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered.
Guaranteed Hours: Based on signed contract hours
Special Requirements: Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on 1st day. Shaving may be required to pass a fit test onsite, and if not will result in failure of fit testing requirements.

*SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.*.*
