Calibration Technician

Job Title: Calibration Technician Location: Blue Ash, OH Duration: Fulltime Skills: Analyst Salary: $70,000-$100,000 /Year Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Lead and coordinate daily workflow within the Calibration/Responsible Lab, including task delegation, prioritization, and test equipment scheduling. • Utilize SmartSheet or similar work management platforms to optimize lab utilization, scheduling, and throughput. • Serve as a subject matter expert for calibration and lab operations based on hands on technical experience. • Conduct weekly team meetings and participate in bi weekly leadership meetings to align priorities and address operational issues. • ct as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholders to clarify testing requirements, timelines, and success criteria. • pply strong analytical and problem solving skills to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex lab issues. • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to summarize test outcomes and ensure accurate, timely documentation using MS Office tools. • Support planning, execution, and oversight of lab experiments while maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment. • Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic lab setting, balancing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization. • Lead and deliver lab capability presentations for customer, surgeon, and marketing tours, representing the lab professionally. • Support Audits Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
