Job Overview Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, New York, United States of America, 14642 Opening: Worker Subtype: Regular Time Type: Full time Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Department: 500649 Pediatric OPD Nursing/SMH Work Shift: UR - Day (United States of America) Compensation Range: $37.12 - $50.11 per hour Golisano Children’s Hospital Pediatric Practice is seeking a team-oriented LPN to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a fast paced environment providing family centered care for patients newborn to 21 years of age. Responsibilities Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities. Fast‑paced, family centered care for patients newborn to 21 years of age. Flexible to adjust to changing needs of patients and team members. Qualifications Experience in pediatric outpatient or community health (preferred). Excellent problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills. Flexibility to adjust to changing needs. Vaccine, medication administration, and phlebotomy preferred but not required. American Sign Language or Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
