Customer Service Representative

Location: Bakersfield, CA

Pay: $24.00/hour

Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Assignment: Temporary (Minimum 12 Weeks)

TeamPinnacle is seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our growing clients in Bakersfield. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with multiple departments to keep daily operations running smoothly.

This position is expected to last at least 12 weeks to cover a maternity leave, with the potential to extend based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding service requests, deliveries, pickups, relocations, and equipment repairs.
• Enter and verify work orders, service tickets, and customer information with a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare quotes and assist with order entry as needed.
• Coordinate with billing regarding customer payments and account questions.
• Work closely with dispatch, sales, operations, and field personnel to ensure customer needs are met.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while providing timely follow-up.
• Prioritize multiple requests and complete tasks within established deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, administrative, dispatch, or service coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and emails.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced office setting.



Preferred Experience

Experience in industries such as construction, equipment rental, logistics, transportation, waste services, utilities, or other service-based operations is a plus, but not required.
