Overview We are a high-powered insurance team with explosive growth. We are looking for licensed life insurance agents to join us. Even if you're not licensed, our fast-track program will guide you through getting licensed in as little as a few weeks. We will also sponsor your pre-licensing classes for those who are a good fit. Choose Your Sales Platform Virtual Sales (telesales and/or Zoom video sales) or Face-To-Face sales available. Leads Driven No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or such. We work with clients who fill out forms, whether digital or physical, that are curious in learning more about life insurance. We do not engage in bait and switch tactics. We specialize in selling seniors burial life insurance policies, cash value life insurance, and traditional mortgage protection. Compensation Highest starting compensation in the industry. Typical agents start at 70% commission and can go up to 140%. An agent who isn\'t scared of showing High Premium, our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you\'re doing An agent who doesn\'t need to be motivated, you are ready to follow a system that already works About Products and Approach Our company has partnered with multiple lead vendors and high end insurance carriers who sell high ticket IUL (indexed universal life), IBC (infinite banking concept), and FIA (fixed indexed annuities). We are NOT your traditional life insurance company who are trying to sell traditional life, final expense, mortgage protection, or anything low premium. We work with a multitude of carriers throughout the US and we do 100% of our business through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom) meetings. Our average agent spends on $1,000 to $1,500 a week on leads to write anywhere between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium. We are NOT looking to lead assist program anyone. We have high starting contracts in place. We have a proven training system that you can plug into. We have a trusted lead source that all our high end agents are running on. We just need more agents.
