• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 75 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
• Must have a strong work ethic and enjoy high levels of extended activity
• Must be willing to maintain high standards, have a desire to learn, and be open to performance-based feedback.

Job Summary

• Each morning, you'll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day's game plan.
• You'll travel in one of our Shine vehicles to various customers' homes or businesses (typically with a Crew Leader) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer's needs. Current service offerings: Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, & Holiday Light Installations.
• You may meet with customers while performing the service to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations throughout the day, but primary Customer Service responsibilities will be led by a Crew Leader.
• You'll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle and equipment are clean and ready for the next day's work.
