Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) — often preferred, especially in bilingual specialist roles. Consistent employment history — showing reliability. Employment references — typically from supervisors. Key Skills and Abilities Candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing — matching job seekers to roles. Sales-oriented mindset — making outbound calls to identify business opportunities and fill job orders. Client relationship building — understanding employer needs and maintaining ongoing engagement. Coaching/support — helping candidates prepare for assignments (attendance, appearance, expectations).
