PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA)

Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing at Princeton is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our post-acute and long-term care facility in Princeton, NJ. In this on-site role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, delivering therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to a diverse resident population. Responsibilities include accurate EHR documentation, patient and family education, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
