QuickBooks Bookkeeper - Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team. If you have a strong background in QuickBooks Desktop and full-cycle accounting, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records for multiple companies using QuickBooks Desktop . Perform full-cycle accounting , including: Bank and credit card reconciliations Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Processing deposits General ledger maintenance Prepare and generate financial reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist with tax preparation support as needed. Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding financial matters. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required. Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting . Experience with reconciliations, AP, AR, and financial reporting . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple company accounts simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with multiple businesses or industries. Knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance.
