Role Description The Store Manager at MINISO USA in Austin, TX is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading daily store operations and team performance. This role oversees staff scheduling, training, and coaching to ensure consistent customer service and adherence to company policies. The Store Manager monitors inventory levels, merchandising standards, and visual displays to maintain an attractive and organized sales floor. Additional responsibilities include managing cash handling procedures, tracking sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and resolving customer concerns. The role works closely with regional leadership to meet sales targets, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold MINISO’s brand standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. Candidates should possess effective interpersonal skills, including clear and professional Communication. Candidates should possess operational leadership skills, including Store Management and team supervision. Candidates should possess retail protection skills, including Retail Loss Prevention and compliance with store policies. Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles. Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management abilities.
