What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating deadlines between field crews and internal teams
• Communicating regularly with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure clarity on next steps
• Preparing and reviewing job documentation, purchase orders, and work orders
• Identifying and solving logistical issues before they impact project timelines
• Supporting leadership with reporting, updates, and process improvements

What You Bring:

• Experience coordinating projects in operations, construction, manufacturing, or logistics
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Confidence using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and project software
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt in dynamic situations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
