Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

The General Production Worker is responsible for operating packaging equipment, packaging finished products, supporting production processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate automated packaging and production equipment.
• Package finished products in accordance with quality standards.
• Support production processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and adhere to safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

• Experience in production or general labor.
• Proficiency with assembly and packaging.
• Capability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools and machine operating.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong accountability and willingness to accept feedback.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erlanger, KY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
