Fabrication Operator

WorkSource is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabrication Operator to join our production team in the Greenwood area. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products with precision and care, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, performance, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprints to accurately assemble components and parts.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all products meet strict quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support efficient production.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
