Maintenance Engineer

Building Location Holy Trinity Hospital Department 3057900 MAINTENANCE - GV HOSP Job Description Responsible for general maintenance in a medical specialty campus. Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance and repairs on various systems such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 1 year classroom training or 1 year experience in building maintenance. Licensure and Certification Qualifications Current Class Special Boilers License or ability to obtain within 6 months (excludes Park Rapids and North Dakota locations). Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer (excludes 32nd Avenue – Fargo). Shift and Scheduling FTE: 1 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Weekends: Every 4th weekend. Holidays: No paid holidays. Call Obligation: Yes. Possible Remote/Hybrid Option: Yes.
