Shift Lead

Bounce! Sports & Entertainment Center in Poughkeepsie, NY is looking for one shift lead to join our 64 person strong team. We are located on 2001 South Road. Responsibilities Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience Coordinate and facilitate staff member’s tasks to ensure timely execution Train and develop new team members to company standard Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions Motivate staff while working towards one goal Daily scheduling of breaks throughout shifts Help keep track of inventory and maintenance of park Make change for registers Assists in party planning duties Qualifications Outgoing and engaging personality Strong communication and listening skills Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently Experience in a leadership role 18 years or older We are looking forward to reading your application.
