Type: Temp-to-Perm | Full-Time
Interviews Begin: October 26, 2026
Training Begins: December 7, 2026
Training: 2 weeks | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking high-energy Sales & Customer Service Specialists for a fast-paced, high-volume inbound call center environment. This is a sales-focused customer service position where customers have already booked their cruise and your role is to upsell additional products and services and close the sale .
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level candidates welcome with the right energy, personality, and sales mindset
- Experience in sales, upselling, customer service, or technical support preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
- Confident, enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, goal-driven environment
- 2+ years of upselling/sales experience preferred
- Experience with Apple, DirecTV, Verizon, T-Mobile/Sprint, Chewy, Disney, Universal, travel, or hospitality is a plus
Training & Remote Requirements
- 100% attendance is required during training
- Virtual training is conducted on camera , and professional attire is required
- Must have a reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, headset, mouse, and at least one monitor (second monitor preferred)
- Must have a quiet, professional home workspace
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity . High-performing employees may be considered for permanent employment after approximately 3–4 months , based on performance, attendance, reliability, and overall fit.
