The Passenger Service Agent will check in passengers, assist at the departure gate, and assist with arriving passengers while projecting a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude./ppSuccess criteria:/pulliFollow all company procedures, policies, and rules/liliTake direction and respond to management/liliCommunicate with staff, managers, and customers professionally/liliPresent a professional appearance and conduct/liliUnderstand customer service and satisfaction/li/ulpKey areas of collaboration and influence:/pulliA solid commitment to the guest experience/liliAlways remember safety first/liliBuild respectful relationships with all teammates and guests/liliWillingness to take directions from the Facility Manager/liliCoordinate activities with other internal departments/liliParticipate in team meetings/li/ulpIdeal candidate experience:/pulliPassion for customer service/liliA positive attitude/liliAccountability and dependability in all that you do/liliAbility to communicate effectively with teammates/li/ulpKey accountabilities:/pulliComply with safety rules, policies, and procedures set forth by ISS, the airline, airport authorities, and U.S. Customs/liliGreet, assist, and process passengers according to the specific airlines protocol and regulations/liliWork in all areas of the operation: lobby, check-in, bag drop, gate, boarding, arrivals, lost and found, and ticketing/liliUphold uniform guidelines and maintain a professional appearance and conduct/liliComplete document verification using TIMATIC/liliSet up and break down the ticket counter and assist with ticket changes/issues/liliEfficiently board passengers, close aircraft doors, and pull jet bridge prior to departure/liliAssist passengers with locating lost items or baggage/li/ulpPhysical demands work environment:/pulliMust be able to understand ones physical limitations to the extent necessary to perform the necessary functions and tasks of the job/liliStanding and walking are required for the duration of the shift/liliMust be able to bend, twist, and carry up to 50 pounds/liliHearing protection is required while on the ramp/liliPassenger Service Agents are often exposed to all outside weather conditions for the area/li/ulpHSEQ compliance: All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
