Supplier Quality Manager

Quality Manager | Aerospace Manufacturing Leader We’re looking for a hands‑on Quality Manager to join a leading aerospace manufacturing environment in Goldsboro, NC. If you bring deep experience in aerospace or manufacturing quality and a passion for driving operational excellence, this is a high‑impact role where you’ll lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance, and improve customer outcomes. What You’ll Do: Lead and develop the Quality team, managing customer quality issues, audits, and RCCA processes Drive Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) reduction initiatives and monitor key performance metrics Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, and customer‑specific standards Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes Oversee supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Deliver quality training programs and foster a culture of accountability and excellence What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field 8–15 years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing quality leadershipStrong knowledge of AS9100, FAA regulations, RCCA, and supplier quality management Experience with electromechanical or aerospace systems preferred Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Top performers in this role are strong communicators, adept at aligning diverse stakeholders, and focused on driving measurable delivery outcomes across a complex technical landscape.
