If you have previous leadership experience and feel that you are ready to manage an entire plant operation, then you’ll play an important role in leading and supporting a team to produce high-quality automotive suspension components used by leading vehicle manufacturers around the world.
This position is responsible for the operation and managerial supervision of related personnel and matters to produce high-quality link ball precision products. Ensure the facility is operating according to business standards by supporting basic requirements by monitoring and coordinating vending services and facility-related improvements.
The Operations Manager handles continuous improvement and optimization of all processes in production from Diecast to Assembly. Support all company policies and procedures; plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. Fulfill legal responsibilities.
