Occupational Therapist (Per Diem) Position: Per Diem staff Occupational Therapist for 8‑hour day shifts at St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, Providence St. Joseph Hospital. Responsibilities: Completing patient evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing ongoing treatments to improve functional status in line with overall treatment objectives. Must meet all occupational therapy policies and professional standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy; graduation from an accredited college or university, OR Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy; graduation from an accredited college or university. California Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications 1 year experience working as an Occupational Therapist. Epic EMR experience.
