Summary The Beauty Advisor delivers outstanding customer service while building sales and lasting customer relationships. The role focuses on expert product knowledge, personalized consultations, and achieving sales and client conversion goals. Responsibilities Provide customer-focused service and demonstrate expert product and brand knowledge. Use digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and drive sales. Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and clienteling. Collaborate with team members and maintain a properly merchandised counter. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in fashion retail, styling, technology-enabled selling, and commission sales.
