Job Title: Marketing Assistant Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 Overview Ready to put your marketing skills where they’ll actually be seen? Join a growing regenerative medicine / medical device company headquartered in Jersey City, NJ as a Marketing Assistant and help elevate brand presence across trade shows + conferences, digital campaigns (social, email, web), and polished collateral + presentations used by executive leadership. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and marketing events.
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and content creation.
• Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and branded content.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
• Support the Marketing Manager with project coordination, reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and administrative functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Trade show, conference, and event coordination experience.
• Digital marketing experience (social media, email marketing, website content management).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years preferred industry experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally.
• No travel involved.
