We offer a base salary based on experience, performance-based compensation, and benefits.

We're looking for people who can demonstrate strong sales results, build customer relationships, prospect confidently, and follow up consistently. Insurance experience is welcome, and we'll also consider accomplished salespeople from other industries who are willing to meet licensing requirements.

We're hiring for both our Bonham and Denison offices.
