Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Wisconsin.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS

• Minimum Experience: 2 years REQUIRED
• Charting Experience: Epic preferred & Pyxis highly preferred
• Required Skillset: Recent LTC experience required. (Post acute & LTC). Wound Care Experience/follow MD orders. PIV Insertion/Blood Draws.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 20 bed long term and 17 bed rehab
• *RN Patient Ratio is 1:17-20 (may only be 1 RN from 0000-1530 at times)

• Contract Length: 5 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Shift Requirements: 12hr Days
• **any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• Weekend Rotation: Every other
• Holiday Rotation as needed
• Float Requirements: Ability to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles). Rehab & LTC patients.
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
• Scrub Colors: Black
• Orientation: 5 days total (1 day onboarding & 4 shifts with preceptor)
• Billing: Sunday - Saturday
• 8hr unbillable orientation

• REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate
