What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a large-level IV NICU
• Collaborate with a team of skilled physicians and healthcare professionals
• Manage neonates with a wide range of medical conditions
• Rotate across three hospitals within the healthcare system
• Participate in high-acuity patient care, including emergent situations
• Follow established protocols and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams

What You Need:

• Required:
  
  
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years' NICU experience
  • Active FL state license or ability to obtain
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care

  • Experience working in large-level IV NICUs
  • Ability to handle high-acuity patient populations
