Job Details Job Location: Wellington Office - WELLINGTON, FL 33414 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Dental Job Type: Full Time (Full time) Pay: $15 - $23.50 Responsibilities Educate and speak to patients in a friendly and efficient manner. Speak to patients about dental concerns. Keep the basic day to day procedures smooth. Sterilization techniques. Self‑motivated, goal oriented and driven to succeed. Firm commitment to caring for our patients. High level of professionalism. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort. Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed. Sterilize instruments according to regulations. Assist the dentist through 4‑handed dentistry. Undertake lab tasks as instructed. Keep the dental room clean and well‑stocked. Qualifications High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred but not required. Proven experience as dental assistant. Outgoing and cheerful personality. Able to pack cord and make temporary impressions. Understanding of health & safety regulations. Attention to detail. Well‑organized and reliable. Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g. EFDA). Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently. Experience in digital dentistry and use of intra‑oral scanners, same‑day crown fabrication, CT scanners, intra‑oral cameras, etc. (preferred).
