As the front line of the branch, Tellers play a vital role in creating positive member experiences and building genuine connections every day.As a Teller, you will assist members with essential financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing. You will also consult with members to understand their needs and provide solutions that support their best financial interest, help resolve basic account inquiries, and support daily branch balancing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others.What you will need to be successful:At least six months of relevant customer service or retail experience required with prior cash handling experience and general computer/keyboarding skills highly preferredHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredExcellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skillsBilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
