Marketing & Recruitment Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building funnels, social media marketing, a solid understanding of AI tools, and the ability to support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This role combines digital marketing expertise with people-focused recruitment activities to help grow our brand and team. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage social media content across multiple platforms. Create engaging marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, analytics, and workflow automation. Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative strategies. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Track and report on marketing performance metrics. Collaborate with management to develop and execute growth strategies. Qualifications Experience in social media marketing and content creation. Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with digital advertising is a plus. Recruitment or talent acquisition experience is a plus. Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools is preferred.
