Job Details

• Position Description: The Nursing Home Registered Nurse supports daily nursing operations, ensuring accurate assessments, medication administration, wound care, and resident monitoring. The role emphasizes leadership on the floor through assessment and situation management.
• Required Qualifications: Two-year degree in nursing, Wisconsin Registered Nursing license, current CPR/BLS certification, and at least 1 year of related work experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for timely communication with physicians and families regarding resident condition changes, maintaining accurate records, and performing assessments and interventions as needed.
