Diagnose vehicle concerns using the latest Ford diagnostic equipment. Complete repairs according to Ford and manufacturer standards. Communicate findings clearly with service advisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work as part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Previous automotive repair experience preferred but not required for entry-level positions. Ford certification is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Own basic hand tools (advanced technicians should have a complete tool set). Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
