Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week. Monday–Friday 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM, with weekend rotation (12-hour shifts). Holiday and weekend coverage required. Call responsibilities include weeknight and weekend coverage.

Highlights:

• Work in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Operating Room with 18 surgical suites performing 45–50 procedures daily
• Exposure to diverse surgical specialties including General Surgery, Robotics, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Spine, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant
• Must have proficiency with DaVinci Xi Robotic Surgical System and Liver Transplant procedures
• EMR: Epic electronic charting system
• 13-week assignment with one pre-approved time-off period available
• Float to other units within the organization as needed

Requirements:

• Current RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Certifications: BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Critical: Demonstrated experience with DaVinci Xi Robotic System and Liver Transplant procedures (required)
• Critical: Proficiency in at least one of the following: Neurosurgery OR Orthopedic Surgery (required)
• Experience with Ophthalmology procedures preferred
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager or formal leadership role)

• Parking options available with monthly or annual permits ranging from $196–$750 per period
• Weekend requirement: 3 weekend shifts per 13-week contract
• Former employees eligible if separated from facility for 6+ months; current employees ineligible
