5-Week Case Manager Apprentice - Housing Services Training

The People Concern

The People Concern is seeking a Case Manager Apprentice to join the Permanent Housing Services team for a five-week program focused on learning and skill-building in case management for clients experiencing homelessness. You will participate in educational sessions and site-based shadowing to develop skills in housing placement, self-sufficiency, and community integration. Through harm reduction, housing-first principles, and trauma-informed care, apprentices will gain experience engaging #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
