Full-Time Dining Room Server
Aspen Alcove Senior Living is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Full-Time Dining Room Server to join our team!
As a Dining Room Server, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our residents. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors, takes pride in providing excellent service, and brings a positive attitude to work each day.
What You'll DoProvide friendly, respectful, and attentive service to residents during meals
Take meal orders and accurately deliver food and beverages
Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
Set and clear tables before and after meals
Assist residents with their dining needs while maintaining dignity and respect
Follow food safety, sanitation, and dining procedures
Work cooperatively with kitchen and senior living staff
Help create a warm and enjoyable mealtime experience for our residents
Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality
Dependable and punctual
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous restaurant, serving, or senior living experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for the position
