Compensation Package W2 Compensation, Paid Bi-Weekly: We've tried to make it straight-forward as possible! $48-$55/hr, depending on the payor mix for your case load. Excellent Benefits Package: Healthcare Insurance/PTO/Sick Leave/Wellness Hours Potential for More: There’s a potential for higher earnings as you grow with Ellie and as Ellie grows in Bellevue, especially if you’re flexible with your evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Include Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training. Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;) Required And Preferred Qualifications And Skills Clinicians are required to be licensed as associate mental health professionals in Washington (LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA) Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Prefer clinicians with creative and innovative approaches to mental health Prefer clinicians with niche market for counseling services (i.e. relationship counseling, teens & adolescents, trauma, eating disorder specialty, OCD training). Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing Bonus if you have training in (but not exclusive to): EMDR, IFS, DBT, CPT, TF-CBT, Gottman, IFS, ART.
