We are currently seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Proofreader to join our team on a full‑time basis. Key Responsibilities Review and edit all written materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards Correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors Ensure that all documents are formatted correctly and follow brand guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure all materials are completed in a timely manner Conduct research and fact‑checking as needed Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the quality of written materials Stay up‑to‑date with industry terminology and trends to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a proofreader or editor Excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of construction terminology and experience in the industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Commercial Interior Construction, Inc
