Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychological and relational dynamics to identify key areas of concern.

Our clientele reflects a wide array of backgrounds and circumstances, spanning individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including marital issues, relationship conflicts, trauma, loss, and mental health disorders. As an LMFT at Central Valley Counseling Center, your ability to approach each case with empathy and understanding will be integral to fostering healing and encouraging positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience under supervision, including completion of required supervised clinical hours.

• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively evaluate a range of psychological and relational issues.

• Ability to develop and implement tailored treatment strategies for diverse client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
