We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Orthopedic Surgery experience for a locum tenens assignment with a large, established healthcare system in the Atlanta metro area.
Position Highlights

- MondayFriday schedule
- No call responsibilities
- Outpatient-only practice
- Epic EMR
- Multiple clinic locations available
- Established orthopedic practice environment
Clinical Scope
Providers will care for a variety of orthopedic patients, including:
- Hand conditions
- Joint-related injuries and disorders
- Sports medicine cases
Average daily patient volume is approximately 21 patients
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Georgia license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Current BLS certification
- Orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Assignment Details
- August 5, 2026 October 31, 2026
- Outpatient clinic setting
- No weekends or call requirements
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 21 days
- Ongoing support through a leading healthcare organization
