LPN/RN Nurse Manager - Skilled Nursing Leader

Tacoma Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Tacoma, WA seeks an experienced Resident Care Manager (LPN or RN) to lead resident care on a busy unit. This full-time role oversees rounds, documentation, and staff coaching to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. The ideal candidate holds an active WA license, CPR, 2+ years of nursing, and supervisory experience; long-term care experience preferred.
