DescriptionKforce has a client in Englewood, CO that is seeking a Software Developer. Remote is fine, and MN/CO/TX would be preferred, though not required.Responsibilities:* Develop a web application for the lending product using the in-house framework* Join standups for status updates, take part in all agile ceremonies, work with the offshore team, and demo during the spring review* Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise web applications, delivering scalable and user-centric digital experiences* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies* Lead frontend architecture, technical design reviews, and implementation of reusable UI components and design systems* Guide, mentor, and coordinate offshore development teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery* Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and User Research teams to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions* Lead UI design discussions, provide technical feasibility assessments, and drive alignment between engineering and UX teams* Present UI solutions, feature demonstrations, and technical recommendations to customers, stakeholders, and leadership teams* Establish and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, and deployment best practices* Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve application stability, scalability, and user experienceRequirements* 10+ years of experience* Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Python, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstraps, CSS, SASS, Axios* Cloud (OnPrem or Azure), GitHub Actions, Jenkins CI/CD, Webpack, BrowserStack, Web service integration, Docker, Kubernetes experience is preferredJob TypeContractCompensation46 - $63
