Role Description:
Coordination between individual projects and project managers Financials: coordination of budget preparation and financial reporting: accruals, actuals, forecasting Sourcing: review and sign-off of service and license contracts Reporting: coordination of regular project status reporting, RAID log update, SteCo preparation, organizing meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders Decision board: preparation of cross-project decisions Program governance: organization of Quality Gate reviews and follow up on agreed actions Cutover: alignment of individual project cutover plans and support execution Adherence of project materials and deliverables to ABB Robotics standards and project data quality Administration: administer Program web portal, Teams, Sharepoint and distribution lists, keep Program contact list up to date, etc.

Essential Skills:
PMO is responsible for end-to-end program coordination, progress & quality control, sourcing, risk management, stakeholder management and communications. It aims to ensure stable program delivery, timely reporting as well as compliance with governance model and standards.
