Medical Support Assistant (Office Automation)

Duties
Provide a full range of receptionist, record-keeping and miscellaneous clerical duties within the directorate.
Receives/greet visitors (in-person or telephonically), answer calls and relay messages.
Enter, manipulate/retrieve information and data from various automated systems.
Complete request forms (manually or automated) for administrative requests.
Maintain schedules and schedule appointments as requested.
Perform in-processing and out-processing clerical duties.
Prepare routine correspondence, reports and memorandums utilizing various automation systems.
Respond to emergency calls and notify emergency medical personnel.
