Instructional Designer, Tier 3 - Live/Classroom

Act as a central point of contact for subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to design engaging, high-impact learning solutions.

salary: $40 - $42.89 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Support Learning Consultants in managing stakeholder relationships, helping to gather and communicate project requirements.
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project plans covering planning, team roles, risk identification, and delivery milestones.
Coordinate the development and delivery of learning solutions across modalities—live, virtual, and digital—working closely with subject matter experts and operational teams.
Oversee learner communications and coordinate support before, during, and after learning events to ensure a positive learner experience.
Collaborate with Enablement and Operations teams to utilize relevant tools, technology, and services efficiently.
Address project issues by identifying risks early, proposing solutions in collaboration with teams, and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
Track program budget, learning program KPIs, and performance metrics, supporting evaluation efforts to measure learning impact.
Conduct research to understand client needs, organizational context, and industry trends to contribute to learning solution planning.
Actively lead project meetings, rehearsals, and review sessions to maintain alignment and quality standards.
