Job Description Leads project intake efforts for assigned project portfolio Provides project management services for LCG projects Understands the project portfolio and its associated progress, risks, and challenges Develops an appropriate implementation plan, for the project portfolio, that focuses on current and future functional performance objectives, TCO, compliance with Enterprise Standards and overall results Assists with project issue mitigation when issues are found and assist project managers in finding a resolution Analyzes portfolio performance and recommends changes to achieve goals and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement Uses strong analytical skills including the ability to abstract key trends and issues from complex detail information; resolves problems with ability to look at issues from multiple angles Works to ensure processes, projects and service requests are executed as designed Mentors and assists in implementation of architecture review board standards Ensures the organization is following project lifecycle methodology Examines existing projects and process practices and evaluates for improvement Ensures Agency Five Year Plans are incorporated into intake and project delivery Qualifications Bachelor's / Master degree in Business, Management Information Technology or related field.
