Our collective physician groups comprise 1,900 providers for patient care, research and teaching. (BIDMC, BID-Needham)Associated Physicians of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (APHMFP) was formed in 2006 and staffs multiple community-based hospitals/surgery centers. BID-Plymouth, BID-Milton, Anna Jaques, New England Baptist Hospital, & Mt. Auburn.Our Practice:Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model with great scope of practiceClinical rotations from three local universities for SRNAs1 academic center (BIDMC), 5 community hospitals136 Physicians, 97 CRNAs with a strong supportive Leadership TeamMultiple practice settings ensuring the right individualized case fit including general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, sports medicine, GYN, ENT, urology, bariatrics, thoracic, vascular, endoscopy, EP, OB, minimal healthy pediatrics.Pay Range: $280,000-$290,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
