Forklift Drivers

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Forklift Drivers in Southaven, MS. As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving and inventory (picker / packer), quality assurance, inventory control (RF scanners), and more.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Forklift Drivers:

• Safely operate an Order Picker, Reach Truck, Sit Down Counterbalance, or powered pallet jack.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Load and unload pallets. Scan items into inventory control system using RF Scanner.
• Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hydraulic jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers.
• Accurately read and match printed model numbers, unit quantities and locations to pick orders.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.

Required Qualifications for the Warehouse (Forklift Drivers):

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse position (including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory etc.) operating Reach Truck and Order Picker Lifts.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Minimum of a GED or High School Diploma.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
